According to the Nation Center of Women in Tech & IT, Black women make up 3% of computing jobs in the US. Having access and resources to learn or having a psychologically safe work environment to thrive in are a few aspects. A big factor is also attributing to not having adequate resources to feel successful as a Software Developer.
