What are some of your favorite tools or applications you use, or can do without?

Desktop: Photoshop, Audition, After Effects, Premiere, Mobile: Video Leap, Mojo, Snapseed

What type of of work do you most enjoy?

Helping people expand an idea to a full on strategy and project.

Which project left the biggest impact on you as a designer/creative?

I designed the custom hoodie and sweat pants for our Employee Resource Group, SnapNoir, for Snap Inc. Event at Afrotech 2023. The impact on the team and how it was received was amazing. Very visable and unique at the event. It was well recognized and received.

What advice do you have for younger or less experienced AA/BLK designers?

Continue to learn from other areas and disciplines NOT design.

What would you say is the best way to take advantage of the AAGD Network?

Be active and engaged. It’s a great group to learn from and interactive with.

What advice would you give to someone who is interested in what you do?

Embrace being a generalist. When you learn different disciplines, you can combine them in new and interesting ways.

If you had a special message written on your wrist, what would it be?

Be curious, not judgmental
